Omnichat is operated by Wevem · Effective August 30, 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and Wevem, the provider of Omnichat, a shared team inbox that brings messages from several channels (LINE Official Account and Gmail) into one place. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in details confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, you must tell us immediately.
A workspace owner is responsible for the permissions they grant to team members, and for the actions of the members they invite.
The service works by connecting to your own LINE Official Account and Gmail accounts. You confirm that you are entitled to connect those accounts, and your use of them through Omnichat remains subject to each upstream provider's own terms.
You can disconnect a channel at any time from the channel settings page, or from the upstream provider's own permissions page.
We are not responsible for changes to terms, limits, or availability imposed by an upstream provider.
The scopes we request and how we use data from those accounts are described in our
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use the service to:
Send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others.
Send bulk commercial messages to recipients who have not consented, or otherwise breach applicable electronic marketing law.
Attempt to access systems, data, or workspaces belonging to others without authorisation, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service commercially without our prior written permission.
Place an unreasonable load on our systems, or circumvent any usage limits we set.
Messages, attachments, and contact records that arrive in the service remain yours. We claim no ownership over them and process them only as far as is necessary to provide the service you asked for. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data of the contacts who appear in your workspace.
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, improvements, or to address a security issue, and we may add, change, or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice where a change materially affects how you use the service.
You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us using the details in section 9.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or is used unlawfully. We will explain the reason as far as the law permits.
When an account is terminated, data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, and it does not cover loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
If we revise these terms we will update the effective date shown above, and where the change is material we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the revised terms.
